We understand that your business name may evolve over time. This could be the result of a merger with another business unit, or the business may break off as an independent group. Or, the company name is changed to address a new focus area or strategy for the business. This is a normal part of doing business, so we want to share the process to properly update a name change in your Cloud Sites account.

Note: The Cloud Sites primary username will remain the same. The primary username is a unique identifier within our system so it will remain the same even though the Account Name change is processed. (If you require a new username, a new account would need to be opened and contents migrated.)
