Amar has a passion for helping entrepreneurs power their business potential through sites, stores and applications.  He brings more than 14 years of hosting solutioning that has helped companies drive growth and gain market share through their mission-critical web and cloud infrastructure.  He is known for pushing the boundaries to help him and his his sales teams glean industry insights so they can help growing businesses compete.

Previously, as Vice President of Sales at Rackspace, Amar successfully helped evolve the company’s sales model, strategy, and execution.  Most recently he had served as global sales leader of the of Rackspace’s Managed Amazon Web Services (AWS) practice. Additionally, Amar successfully led sales teams focused on North America and Europe.

Businesses around the world rely on Liquid Web to continue supplying them with innovative products that help them reach their full potential. And with his passion for putting his customers in a position for success, Amar is relishing in his ability to educate, architect and solution the Liquid Web products that serve our diverse base of entrepreneurs,  designers, developers and agencies.

When he’s not at work, (it sometimes happens) Amar enjoys spending quality time with his Fiancé Kendall and their frisky Border Collie Zeke. You can also find Amar helping his father build schools and provide internet access to villages in India, giving back to those less fortunate. On a lesser-known scale, Amar is also a huge fan of both the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorns and has quite the reputation with friends for his armchair insights on both team’s performances.
