What is NPS?
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures, on a scale from 0-10, the degree to which people would recommend your company to others. To calculate NPS, subtract the percentage of customers who would not recommend you (detractors, or 0-6) from the percent of customers who would (promoters, or 9-10).
Given the NPS range of -100 to +100, a “positive” score or NPS above 0 is considered “good”, +50 is “Excellent”. Liquid Web’s Net Promoter Score® tells you Liquid Web is among one of the highest customer loyalty brands in the world.
