Expectations are high, but confidence is low

Several statistics from the AI shopping survey show 78% of businesses believe AI shopping tools will change how consumers shop. Top challenges include unclear AI needs (35%) and limited budgets (33%). 43% aren’t changing strategy, but many plan to invest in AI merchandising (27%) and SEO (25%).
