- Update code to use RCP 3.0+ hooks where appropriate, and if RCP 3.0+ is installed.
- Change "App ID" setting label to "Authorization Code".
- Update plugin author name and URL.
Fixes
- Don't use email address as subscriber's name if their name is omitted during registration. Instead leave the field blank.
- "Call to a member function getAccount() on null" while saving authorization code for the first time.
