Fixes

• Allow the organizer metabox on the community add form to be overridden by themers via the new template: community/modules/organizer-multiple.php (Props to Mad Dog for reporting this issue)
• Resolved issue where the "Before HTML" content was sometimes duplicated on community pages (props to Brent for reporting this!)
• Removed whitespace to fix translation of submitted events (Props to Oliver for this report)
• Resolved various capitalization issues with German translations (Props to Oliver for reporting this issue as well)
