Email Reseller Program Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Resellers with the email product are required to maintain a minimum of a $60/month MRC. Upon activation, the Reseller will have 30 days or until their next billing cycle to reach the minimum MRC. Resellers that do not reach the minimum will be notified through billing ticket, and such Resellers will have until their next billing date to reach the minimum month spend.
  2. If a Reseller is unable to maintain the $60/month MRC for two billing cycle, the Reseller will be notified through a ticket that the Reseller has 14 days to reach a sufficient spend or the Reseller will be terminated.
  3. This Reseller Email customers will follow the same SPAM terms of service as mentioned in section 4. Their account can be terminated or suspended without warning if found to be breaking these terms
  4. Support for Resellers will remain the same as Liquid Web’s Premium Business Email customers with the exception for the ability to have a white label WebMail available. Support is provided to Reseller Email customers only and excludes any end users. Any support to Reseller’s end users may be provided pursuant to a separate work order setting forth fees and charges associated with such end user support.
  5. White label Webmail can only be configured through an authenticated support ticket and is activated on a request basis. Activating the Webmail does not fall into traditional support SLAs and could take up to 24 hours to have enabled.
  6. Each Reseller is only allowed a single white label site for the Reseller’s email. Liquid Web’s branded and unbranded webmail & control panel sites are still available. Resellers must have access to the DNS information for the domain used to setup the mail subdomain.
  7. Liquid Web does not support the development or design of the webmail interface.
