Kadence RCP Membership Management

Master membership management with Kadence RCP. Learn to set up group accounts, use registration shortcodes, and manage roles and permissions for your subscriber community.

Membership Management in Kadence RCP (Restrict Content Pro) provides the tools necessary to curate and maintain a thriving subscriber community. From defining registration workflows to managing complex group structures, these features ensure that site administrators and members alike have a clear, organized experience. Effective management is the key to reducing churn and ensuring that your members can easily access the value they are paying for.

The platform offers several robust management modules:

Role-Based Permissions: Different levels of access within groups (Owner, Admin, Member) ensure that billing and management tasks are only accessible to authorized individuals, protecting the integrity of the membership structure.

Core Member Interaction: Using simple shortcodes like [register_form] and [login_form], you can deploy high-performance entry points for your users. These forms handle all necessary data collection and can be configured with custom redirects to guide users to their account or premium content upon successful login.

Group Accounts (Umbrella Memberships): This powerful add-on allows you to sell “group” memberships where an Owner can invite and manage multiple members under a single billing account. Owners have the authority to add/remove members and promote others to Admin roles within the group, while site administrators maintain global oversight of all groups through the WordPress backend.

Bulk Management: Administrators and group owners can streamline large-scale onboarding by importing members from a CSV file, ensuring that migrating lists or adding corporate teams is fast and error-free.
