Maintenance Release

This updated version of The Events Calendar brings some bug fixes.

As always, we recommend updating on a staging site, just to be safe, but it should all be smooth sailing.

The Events Calendar 5.12.3 is only compatible with Events Calendar Pro 5.11.2 and higher

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

Ensured the modifications made through the tribe_events_views_v2_category_title are respected.
Corrected issue where mobile default view does not load correctly when the homepage is set to Events Main.

A few tweaks we made under the hood:

Boosted SEO for category archive pages by fixing the title tag.
Added filter to allow users to choose if the taxonomy should show parent categories.
Moved handling of mobile view to Events Calendar Pro. Add filter to allow overriding default view.
Fixed Missing Delimiter Error in PHP 8.0
