How to switch Client Portal accounts

Learn how Nexcess clients can switch among their different Nexcess Client Portal accounts when they are assigned to multiple accounts.

Prerequisites

  • Your sites-portal.liquidweb.com username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page.
  • You must have already be assigned to more than one account. For more information about adding users, see How to add or delete users from the Client Portal.

Step by step instructions

  1. Log in to sites-portal.liquidweb.com.
  2. On the dashboard, from the drop-down list, select Switch Client. 
  3. Select the radio button corresponding to the desired client, then click Login.
