How to add or edit team members in your Client Portal

Prerequisites

• Your sites-portal.liquidweb.com username and password. These were originally provided in your Welcome Email, though you may have since changed them. If you cannot locate this information, click Forget Password? on your Client Portal login menu.

• The email address of the user to be added.

Adding team members

1. Log into sites-portal.liquidweb.com.

2. From the  list on the upper right, select Team. 

3. On the Manage Teams page, click Add a Member.

4. In the Add User panel, enter that person’s Email Address, then specify one or more teams for that user. You can edit these team assignments at any time as shown in How to configure teams in the Client Portal.

5. This person will receive an email with a link to a form that will create their login credentials. Once supplied, their account will become active.

Editing or deleting team members

1. Log into sites-portal.liquidweb.com.

2. From the  list on the upper right, select Team. 

3. To edit or delete a team member, click the edit or delete icon, as desired. Click Save or DELETE to confirm, as appropriate.
