How to Provide Feedback

We offer a few easy ways for you to share your thoughts. Choose the one that works best for you.

After a Support Interaction

You also have opportunities to provide feedback immediately following an interaction with our Support team.

  • After a Support Ticket is Resolved: You will receive an email from us. This email contains a link that you can use to rate your experience and leave comments.
  • After a Chat Session Ends: The chat window will present an option to provide feedback on the support you received.

During a Conversation

  • If you are already speaking with a Liquid Web representative: Feel free to share your feedback or suggestions with them directly. Our team members are trained to log your input so it reaches the right department.
  • While in a Chat with Us: Clicking the thumbs up / thumbs down symbols at the top of the chat window will present an option to provide us feedback on the support you are receiving.
