Feedback, Feature Requests, and Suggestions
Your feedback helps us improve. Learn how to easily share feature requests, suggestions, and other ideas directly with the Liquid Web team.
Your experience and insights are incredibly important to us. When you share your feedback, feature requests, or suggestions, you help us improve our products and services. This guide shows you the best ways to send your ideas directly to our teams.
Prerequisites
- A Liquid Web account with the ability to login with your username and password, or with Google SSO.
How to Provide Feedback
We offer a few easy ways for you to share your thoughts. Choose the one that works best for you.
Create new feedback using the My Liquid Web Portal Feedback Form
This is the most direct way to share feedback about your account portal experience. Your submission goes straight to the my.liquidweb.com portal’s design and development team.
- Log in to your My Liquid Web account.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, scroll towards the bottom and click on Portal Experience Feedback. You can also go directly to the feedback page at my.liquidweb.com/feedback.
- A feedback form will appear. Fill in the following fields:
- Title: Create a short, descriptive title for your feedback. For example, “Feature Request: Dark Mode” or “Suggestion for Server Dashboard Layout.”
- Details: Provide as much information as possible. The more detail you include, the better we can understand your idea. Consider including screenshots, links, or specific examples of what you would like to see.
- To attach a file, such as a screenshot, click the paperclip icon button below the Details box and select your file.
- Once you are finished, click the Submit Feedback button.
Contributing to existing feedback in the My Liquid Web Portal Feedback Form
Feel free to review the feedback left by other customers on the Portal Experience Feedback Page. There you can:
- Vote on feedback you would like to see implemented: Click the Vote button to the right of a piece of feedback to cast your vote.

- Add context to existing feedback: Search for, or select a post. From there, you can add a comment, or like someone else’s comment in the feedback’s thread.
After a Support Interaction
You also have opportunities to provide feedback immediately following an interaction with our Support team.
- After a Support Ticket is Resolved: You will receive an email from us. This email contains a link that you can use to rate your experience and leave comments.
- After a Chat Session Ends: The chat window will present an option to provide feedback on the support you received.
During a Conversation
- If you are already speaking with a Liquid Web representative: Feel free to share your feedback or suggestions with them directly. Our team members are trained to log your input so it reaches the right department.
- While in a Chat with Us: Clicking the thumbs up / thumbs down symbols at the top of the chat window will present an option to provide us feedback on the support you are receiving.
