Cancelling your various servers or services can mostly by done through your Liquid Web account. However, cancelling your Liquid Web account (including any services or servers that might still be active) requires reaching out to our Support team.

While we want to keep your business, we understand that it is some times necessary to close an account and move on to other projects. Because of the permanent nature of closing your account, it is necessary to create a case with our Support team to process this request.
