Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you know your username but cannot remember your password, follow these steps:

Navigate to the login page at my.liquidweb.com.
Click the Forgot Password link located at the bottom of the screen.
Enter your Username in the field provided.
Click Send Email.
Check your email inbox for a password reset link and follow the prompts to create a new secure password.

Recovering a Forgotten Username

If you do not remember the username required to log in:

Navigate to my.liquidweb.com.
Click the Forgot Username link at the bottom of the screen.
Enter your Account Number or the Email Address on file.
Click Send Email.
You will receive an email containing the username associated with that address.

Troubleshooting Recovery Emails

If you do not receive the recovery email within a few minutes:

Check Spam/Junk: Ensure the email was not filtered by your provider.
Allowlist Us: Add support@liquidweb.com to your safe sender list.
Contact Support: If you no longer have access to the email address on file, you must contact Liquid Web Support for identity verification.
