Setup Your Email Client for Premium Business Email
Premium Business Email can easily connect to your email client like Outlook, Mac Mail, or the email app on your phone. With our Set up Email tool, we make it easy to:
- Configure your email client with mail server settings, including your webmail username (email address) and password.
- Utilize Mobile Sync to synchronize your emails, contacts and calendar between Webmail and your mobile devices.
- * Premium Business Email Plus mailboxes are required for Mobile Sync.

Set Up Email Wizard
Our Set Up Email tool walks you through setting up your email client. Watch this video or scroll down for further instructions:
- Log into the email help tool with your webmail email address and password.
- Click the Set Up My Email button.

- Select the type of device you would like to setup

- Computer Setups
- Windows: Manual configuration options allow you to setup any email client. Quick configure options are available for Outlook 2007 to 2016.
- OS X: Select your Apple Mail, Outlook or configure additional clients.
- Linux: Manual configuration options allow you to set up through POP, IMAP and SMTP configurations.
- Mobile Device and Tablet Setups
- Apple/IOS: Set up via Mobile Sync, IMAP or POP.
- Android: Configuration will depend on the manufacturer of your device.
- Windows: Set your email up via Mobile Sync, IMAP, or POP.
- Blackberry: Configuration will depend on the operating system of your Blackberry device.

- Follow the instructions provided in the tool.
Troubleshoot your Email
If you are having trouble with sending, receiving, spam, passwords, calendars, contacts, or connecting to your email, you can find common fixes and troubleshooting in the Fix Something section of the help tool.
- Log into the email help tool with your webmail email address and password.
- Select Fix Something in the Tools menu.

- Select the email client you are having trouble with to find articles and tools to help you troubleshoot the issue.

- Follow the instructions provided in the tool.
