Request Your Solid Central Credentials

Need Solid Central access? Learn how to request free credentials from Nexcess support for eligible plans that host 2 or more WordPress or WooCommerce sites .

Introduction

Solid Central allows you to manage all your WordPress sites from a single dashboard. This powerful tool is included free of charge with most multi-site Nexcess Managed WordPress and WooCommerce plans. (Please note that single-site plans, such as “Starter,” do not include this feature). Because this is a special add-on, you will not automatically see a login for it. Instead, you simply need to contact our Support team to request your credentials. This guide will help you verify your eligibility and get your login details quickly.

Prerequisites

  • A Nexcess Managed WordPress or WooCommerce plan (Spark+ level or higher, allowing 2 or more sites).
  • Login credentials for my.nexcess.net.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log into my.nexcess.net.
  2. Create a support case requesting a Solid Central account along with credentials. If you aren’t sure how to do this, follow our guide on How to Open a Support Case (ticket).
  3. Include your preferred email, and total number of Managed WordPress sites or Managed WooCommerce stores.
  4. Watch your email for a response. Our team will manually generate your login details and send them to you via the support case.

Next Steps

Now that you have your login, you can begin by connecting your WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores.
