We are pleased to inform you that in order to provide a better service experience for the Cloud Sites offering, Rackspace has made a significant investment in new infrastructure within our Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) datacenter.
This migration allows for continued ServiceNet connectivity, upgraded hardware and software versions, deployment of new features, as well as lays the groundwork for future enhancements.
The scheduled maintenance will commence mid-Q3 with an anticipated completion of Q4 of 2015. The migration timeline is included within this maintenance window.
Please note that with this migration, some customers may experience brief downtime.
In order to prepare for the upcoming system and feature enhancements, we ask that you review our migration guide hosted in the Rackspace Knowledge Center, which includes FAQ’s for individual technologies. Updated test link information will be provided as a courtesy to review your site functionality prior to the maintenance.

- PHP 5.6 and Apache Version
