In addition to our on-site 24/7/365 Heroic Support®, we also offer what we call “Best Effort Support.” Best Effort Support is simple – if you have a problem, we will do our best to provide a solution – even if it isn’t covered under our traditional management levels.
Best Effort Support includes everything you may encounter when hosting your product – be it a problem with unique hardware or applications, 3rd party software, or sometimes even helping your developer find issues within their code. Many of our Heroic Support technicians are proud to have gone above and beyond while helping our customers, and examples of Best Effort Support can be found throughout the office .
One technician recently helped a customer with their Joomla site. The customer was having trouble accessing their theme’s framework, but Joomla isn’t supported under our traditional SLA. Because of our Best Effort Support, the technician was able investigate further and find the error, allowing him to resolve the issue for the customer. The customer walked away happy, and that is always our goal at Liquid Web.
That’s just one small example of what Best Effort Support offers to our customers. You won’t find a list of things covered under “Best Effort Support” anywhere on our website, and that’s because we want you to call us with any question you have, any time you need us. We’ll be here to help! While we can’t guarantee we can fix every issue you’ll have, we’ll give it our Best Effort to rescue you when you’re in need. Heroic Support doesn’t mean providing support for only our products and services – it means always trying to save the day for customer who needs a little extra help, no matter the issue.
