Cloud Sites Maintenance Notice – January 7

An unscheduled maintenance will occur at 10:00 pm Central time on the evening of January 7, which is expected to last for two hours, ending the maintenance at 12:00am Central time on January 8, and may affect the availability of some websites, as well as, performance and speed of some sites.

The required maintenance will be on some MSSQL Clusters located in our ORD and DFW data centers, and is expected to affect a small percentage of customers.

As is always the case, we encourage customers who suspect a system issue or maintenance to always check our system status page, specifically for the “Cloud Sites” product, located at this following URL:
