J. has over 17 years of experience in information technology (10 of those years in the hosting industry) with an emphasis on technical writing. He has a passion for turning complex technical concepts into simple and meaningful content. The information he writes and edits is often presented in the form of: knowledge base articles, product pages, blogs, user guides, and training guides.

The question J. likes to ask in just about every discussion is: “Are we doing what is right for the customer?” It is through this lens that J. creates and executes effective marketing campaign strategies.

Aside from his role in the world of marketing, J. is an author and treasures his time spent hiking, boating, and climbing in or around the many forests and lakes of Northern Michigan.
