Brad Doutree provides leadership and guidance to the many members of our customer support teams. His responsibilities include strategic planning, forecasting, and execution of the short- and long-term plans for Liquid Web’s Customer Service & Support Operations. His years of experience as a Support Administrator at the start of his Liquid Web career, in 2007, provided him first-hand experience in customer support while helping him emphasize the importance of customer satisfaction in every interaction. The lessons he learned at that early stage of his career have created a customer-first mindset that he lives by to this day.
Brad is a native Michigander, born and raised in the beautiful Upper Peninsula. He spends most of his free time with his wife and kids - usually enjoying Michigan’s outdoors in as many ways as possible.<< Team Page
