New Page is Not Using the My Account Template
If you’ve just created a new page and it’s not using the account template with the sidebar navigation, you may need to refresh your permalinks.
To do this, take the following steps:
- Login to your WordPress admin area.
- Go to Settings > Permalinks.
- Simply loading the Permalinks settings page will refresh your permalinks.
- Load your new My Account page on the frontend again. It should now be using the correct account area template.
