New Page is Not Using the My Account Template

If you’ve just created a new page and it’s not using the account template with the sidebar navigation, you may need to refresh your permalinks.

To do this, take the following steps:

  1. Login to your WordPress admin area.
  2. Go to Settings > Permalinks.
    • Simply loading the Permalinks settings page will refresh your permalinks.
  3. Load your new My Account page on the frontend again. It should now be using the correct account area template.
