Hopefully everybody is doing well this week. You've had a good week. We took a cruise up to Alaska.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 0:12 \r\nIt was great. It was. It will my 30th anniversary is coming up next week. And that's why we were celebrating that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 0:22 \r\nYeah. All right, just about ready to get started everybody I'm arranging all the windows like they need to be.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 0:31 \r\nOh, my too many things. I got buried in some work and I looked up and like, oh my gosh, it's one o'clock. I'm sure that never happens to anybody else.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 0:45 \r\nAll right, just about to get all the oh gosh, there's only four questions. So if you have a question to ask, please do it because there are only four questions in the queue.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 0:58 \r\nAnd that's not a lot\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:02 \r\nall right, I think just about got everything the way it needs to be. All right. Let's get the recording started and we will get this going.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:17 \r\nWell, happy Thursday, everybody in his office hours here on solid Academy. Glad you're here. We are going to dive in with several questions as usual today just for questions in the queue right now. And if you have a question to ask the link is in the chat please do so. Also that link to join the solid Academy slack group. If you are not part of that group, it is available and there's some conversation that happens there from time to time. All right. So as you probably noticed, I changed the dates for the plugin Roundup. It was scheduled for this Tuesday. And it was after midnight on Tuesday morning when we finally got home from the airport after a long day of travel. So I pushed that until next week. So plugin Roundup is coming up on Tuesday and then we move the best plugin round up to Wednesday. So many plugins are coming next week to a webinar near you.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 2:15 \r\nThe other thing I will say is how many of you were with us on Kathy's webinar. yesterday? Did you join us on that?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 2:25 \r\nSo it was really good. If you missed it. I would recommend checking that one out because she talked through this issue that clients often ask about which is why would a hacker want to go after my site anyway? And it was quite good. And there's lots of language in that live stream that you can use in your conversations with clients. And so I would strongly recommend that you take a look at that one. It was very helpful. Also.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 2:56 \r\nDid Did anybody catch the little nugget that I dropped there at the end of that live stream with a little question? Anybody noticed that little, just a little just a little a little drop, which is if you like me, would love an easier way to manage security notifications, vulnerabilities from all the sites that you\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 3:29 \r\nmanage? Then you're probably going to be happy with things that are coming very soon.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 3:37 \r\nThere though there there are a lot of things that are happening inside solid web development.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 3:45 \r\nAnd so yeah, it is quite good. You're going to be very, very happy with some things coming to solid Central and there are some other things that are coming as well. So often times are coming.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:01 \r\nYeah. Okay, so let's\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:08 \r\nlet's get started with some questions showing Was that enough of a tease for everybody?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:15 \r\nOkay, there's still just four questions. I don't know what else I can say to stall anymore here.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:23 \r\nSo, if you have the solid suite, then you have solid Central. Yep, indeed.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:31 \r\nThe salad sweet gives you access to all the solid things.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:37 \r\nAnd that list of things may be increasing everything.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:42 \r\nYou probably bought the sweet to get this training. Yes, Beth. All right. Well, let's get started. With Beth.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:49 \r\nIt's been a while since we've done one of these so let's do Bathory I can spell correctly.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 4:55 \r\nDancing Beth.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 5:00 \r\nOkay.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 5:03 \r\nThat's question.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 5:05 \r\nThis is for a website for myself, not a client. I'm going to make this a little narrower.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 5:11 \r\nBased on my research.org is not just for nonprofits anymore. The website will deal mostly with ebooks on metaphysical topics. If the.com I want that would be spot on perfect is not available is not available but not in use. Would you register the.org And keep an eye on the.com for later purchase, or try to find a different.com one? Okay, great question.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 5:38 \r\nLet's take a poll. What do you think folks.com a different.com or go with.org. I'll talk about it\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 5:53 \r\nI see a trend developing in the chat.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 6:00 \r\nYeah, so Beth, I think there's your answer. And I agree with that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 6:04 \r\nSo I don't know about this that.org is not just for nonprofits anymore. I I would have to be convinced of that. Because when I see.org it's generally for nonprofits. And I think that most folks view it that way. Well, the registrar's says that but they're trying to sell you domain names.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 6:28 \r\nSo yeah, it's, you know, if it's a commercial business and they are selling things I would not use a.org.com is still it's what people think about.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 6:45 \r\nSo, you know, I even had people go okay, so it is Baba ba.org.com. Is that what you know?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 6:52 \r\nSo go for a.com and try to find something that works. And there are a number of different domain brainstorming tools that are out there. Matter of fact that the Cloudflare domain search is pretty good about suggesting domains another one that is good that is still used from time to time is called Lean domain search.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 7:22 \r\nAnd this is quite good.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 7:28 \r\nYou just type something in here and it will go through and kind of match different things like this. So that's pretty cool. It used to tell you whether the Twitter X handle was available, but because x has you know the who knows what's ever going on over there, they've taken that away. But lean domain search is still a good spot. And it lets you do searches and come up with things. And yes, Stacy is right, there's no legality, about oh, you can't use a.org If you're a for profit business, but it's really it's really more about users and marketing.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 8:14 \r\nSo then, like, legality you can buy I think the only domain restrictions are things like that edu or.gov. You have to show proof that you are that type of entity or those kinds of domain names, but that org.net Doesn't matter. Okay, anyway.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 8:35 \r\nAnybody else want to talk about that?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 8:39 \r\nYeah, I would be really careful about all these new web three extensions like that book and like that. Just people okay. They'll be like, is it Oh, so is it Beth's book that book.com that people aren't they they just think.com So, yeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 9:01 \r\nAll righty, next question is also Beth.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 9:07 \r\nAll right. Online Course. The lessons are indexed if I have a custom 404 page and use my SEO plugin to direct all fluorophores to it. Do I really need to set a redirect when I delete a lesson inside the course?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 9:27 \r\nYes, because if the page is not found that sends a signal to the search engine if something was previously indexed, and now it's not indexed and showing a 404 that that's not good for technical SEO.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 9:46 \r\nSo I would you know if you're going to delete content, just in general as a rule, if you're going to delete content on your site that was previously indexed by Google, you should set up a redirect. That's a good rule of thumb.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 10:03 \r\nDoes that help? Is that what you're after Beth?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 10:05 \r\nAnd I understand the user is going to see a custom 404 page but the signal to Google is still a 404. And you want to avoid that as much as possible, even though the user experience is mitigated with the custom 404 page. So for the user to start a big of a deal. It's really a Google thing.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 10:27 \r\nOkie dokie man, we're just we are we are flying through these through these questions.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 10:37 \r\nWe now have two questions left and one of them is Barney. Barney, are you here? Hey, Barney. There you are. All right. Hello, time for us to move. hosting providers. Don't you love that? Moving hosting providers is one of the most fun things you can ever do in your whole life. Like you should look forward to that because it's full of all kinds of just entertaining processes.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 11:04 \r\nHe said, with tongue firmly planted in cheek. Okay. It's awful. Moving hosting providers is horrible. It's worse than moving houses, kind of. Maybe not, but it's on the same level. Anyway.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 11:17 \r\nPlease recommend some top performers, and I'll take the research from there. Thanks. Much. Okay. So since as we all know, solid WP is in the liquid web family, therefore I strongly recommend liquid web. It still is a great choice for hosting. It depends on a few factors, right so liquid web provides dedicated in virtual private servers that doesn't they don't if you want manage WordPress, you go to Nexus and then it's excellent performance as well. So Bonnie, let me ask you, when we talk about moving hosting providers, how many sites are we talking about? Are you looking for managed WordPress hosting or you want to VPS are what exactly is it that you want? And while Bonnie is doing that, I'm gonna take a drink of coffee, and I'm going to show you all the one souvenir that I brought back from Alaska. It is a giant coffee cup that says Alaska. And it's huge. And it's it's very it's it's nearly as big as my face. And it holds a sufficient amount of coffee for me. Almost. Yeah. Yes, it hasn't moose. Anyway. All right. So Barney says we are selling our software website just for us and Okay. Okay. So if it's just your if it's just one website, then what I would do is probably look at a Managed WordPress solution. Look at Nexus it's quite good. The support is quite good.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 12:57 \r\nYeah, if you want to anybody else want to give a recommendation for managed WordPress providers. You can do so in the chat.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 13:08 \r\nYou know, and I guess a lot of this also, Barney depends on what your comfortability with price point is.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 13:20 \r\nWell known host is there in the chat known host. I love those guys. They're their corporate offices are here in Birmingham. I've gotten to know many of the leadership there. Through our word camps here. They're great folks. They're managed. WordPress is not quite as capable as Nexus or something. They are they do use what I like about their managed service. It's very inexpensive and they're using a cpanel solution with lightspeed. And so it's quite good. And it's very generous on the storage and bandwidth. So it's a good solution. It's not quite as robust as nexcess or Kinsta, or some of those other managed providers.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 14:02 \r\nSo\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 14:06 \r\nyeah, so Barney, take a look at take a look at Nexus. Take a look at known host is good. They're very inexpensive. But you may want something a little more robust Nexus, their caching in their network is just better. So take you know start with Nexus and kind of go from there.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 14:28 \r\nAll right.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 14:32 \r\nWow, you folks have come through with questions. There's now seven questions in the queue.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 14:37 \r\nExcellent. All right. Hillary's next Are you here Hillary?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 14:47 \r\nright\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 14:50 \r\nall right, Hilary, welcome back. Thank you. I have a Gravity Forms question. customer. Customer signs up and pays via stripe SMTP is set up with postmark it's been working fine. Excellent. The email is sent to the customer and client with PDF generated from the information they provided. It's attached to the email great when I get it I get the attachment okay, but the client has been getting the email but not the attachment their IT person says there's no records have anything blocked in the office records. What could the problem be?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 15:25 \r\ni Okay, so\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 15:30 \r\nare you here Hillary?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 15:34 \r\nAlright, this is weird. Oh, no, she asked us earlier. Hillary is in Australia and it's crazy early, late there.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 15:43 \r\nSo what I would do whenever you're generating a PDF from a gravity form, you can run into weird things like this. So I would look at the way the notification is set up. Are and if you're if you're see seeing a different address, sometimes that can create issues.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 16:03 \r\nWhat I would suggest is set up a second notification for the client.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 16:09 \r\nSo send an email to the customer. Set up one notification for the customer, one notification for the client and make sure the PDF is checked for each of those. So that's yeah, that's what I would take a look at. Christine is saying there's a checkbox on the notification screen.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 16:27 \r\nI'm assuming you've checked that already. But sometimes weird things can happen with CCS and BCCs when you're sending transactional email. So just set up a second notification altogether. In that way you'll you'll have specific logging of that second notification in your postmark record. So if there's still issues you'd have a way to back back trace and troubleshoot a little easier. So hopefully that's helpful Hillary that's that's what I would do.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 16:55 \r\nSee if you can make any progress with it there.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 17:03 \r\nOkay, Stacy, oh by the way, Stacy is also suggesting if it's a large attachment, maybe something's stripping it off. I don't know I have. I'm running PDF attachments on at least one site through postmark and there's not an issue.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 17:20 \r\nSo and since the notifications are getting to Hillary, but not the client, I'm gonna guess it has something to do with BCCs.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 17:30 \r\nSo set up two notifications, one that goes to the client, one that goes to the form filler router and you should be in good shape. I betcha that'll solve the problem.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 17:42 \r\nAll right, Tanya is next.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 17:48 \r\nTanya has this client that needed another website and I was waiting for them to get their ducks in a row. Today I found out they went with someone else which is fine for many reasons. My question is, should I tell him or just let it go? Is there a professional way to say OMG without sounding like you have hard feelings?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 18:10 \r\nWTF dot info\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 18:15 \r\nis this actually the site because that's hilarious.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 18:26 \r\nOkay.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 18:31 \r\nWorldwide technology Federation.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 18:35 \r\nOoh, it's got a gluey button\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 18:46 \r\nOkay, so in cases like this, I would reach out to the client and well first of all, you found out how Tanya How did you find out that they went with someone else\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 19:05 \r\nOh, the domain transferred so it was like Okay, so what I would do is, are you managing the site currently?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 19:15 \r\nOkay, so I would let the client know, hey, I got this notification that you've moved the GoDaddy account, blah, blah, blah. I'm assuming that means you've gone with a different provider. Thanks for allowing me to serve you I would be very gracious and you never know if that business is going to come back so I just don't burn a bridge. And you know, thank them for trusting you with their business to this point and wish them well. If you can serve them in the future. Please reach out Blah Blah. Blah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 19:47 \r\nThat's what I would do.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 19:49 \r\nbe overly gracious in your response.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 19:53 \r\nYou feel bad for I feel bad for the new developer or for the client.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 20:02 \r\nOkay, well, you know, sometimes it'd be that way. That's all right.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 20:09 \r\nOh, that's awesome. Yeah. So just yeah, like Chris said, take the high road. You never know. I mean, there's. I had a client come back to me, like they're almost three years after they went with an el cheapo and actually, they went with the Yellow Pages company. Remember the Yellow Pages. Before they completely died a horrible death. They started building websites for people. And they the web, the web pages, the yellow pages, salesperson talked the client into letting the Yellow Pages people build a site for them. And they stuck with it for a couple of years and they came back and actually had a backup restored the backup and they were risk management clients for a few more years after that. Before that the attorney actually retired. So yeah, anyway ah, it's worse on mobile.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:01 \r\nOh, this is beautiful.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:06 \r\nThat's great.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:08 \r\nHow are they even doing this? But right now I'm curious about how do you make a movie glowy button this even got a little looks like the Knight Rider.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:21 \r\nswapped back and forth thing. And now I'm just curious.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:29 \r\nOh, it's Elementor Well, there you go.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:34 \r\nOkay, moving right along, Richard.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:42 \r\nAlright, Richard, are you here where you're Richard.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:46 \r\nOkay.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:50 \r\nOkay, Richard, when I started five years ago, I know little like others I bet Yep.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 21:57 \r\nI built antiques antique wireless.org. I set the homepage to the URL homepage. If I change to a homepage as WWE all my media is now set to the www homepage as the route with the change make for less redirection? Should all the stored items be reset to the same path? Okay, let me take a look at what's actually going on.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 22:34 \r\nOh, okay, so, all right. So Richard, it looks like what you did was you installed WordPress, in a folder called homepage. Is that right? Does that sound about right?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 22:57 \r\nI'm going to assume that's right, Richard. Probably yeah. So by the way, how many of you like Richard and me have installed WordPress in a directory like this? Usually, it's installed in the WordPress folder, and then everything is underneath that. I've done it. Everybody's done it. Yep. Yep, yep. Yep. So you're not alone. Richard, we've all done that. So what I would do if I were you, the simplest way.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 23:26 \r\nThe simplest way to do that, let's see. This is actually redirecting at the domain to here.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 23:35 \r\nRichard, how concerned are you about search for this? Site?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 23:41 \r\nIs it is it supercritical?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 23:47 \r\nThe rankings on Google okay, it's an okay. So then what I would do, the easiest way to solve this problem is you solid backups. Take a backup of the site, and then just restore it in what's probably the public html folder depending on your hosting environment. Just restore it.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 24:06 \r\nDelete the homepage directory, just the rest of the the restore wizard and solid backups will let you just restore the site and it'll update all that stuff. For you and you don't have to worry about it. So if search is super important that you'd want to set up some redirects, but if it's not really important, I wouldn't worry about it. This looks like a fairly simple site.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 24:32 \r\nIn the solid backups, restoration will fix all of those issues.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 24:38 \r\nAnd button. So Manu, you couldn't you couldn't really do this with a redirection plugin, because WordPress lives in this folder. So you really need to move WordPress itself to the appropriate spot at the public in the public html folder. And Richard, you're saying you're on site ground. So that's what it would be the public html and just let solid backups restore the site. It will update your database and all the things so that everything works as it should. That that'll take you probably 10 minutes and you'll be done. It's really simple. So Richard, does that help?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 25:16 \r\nYeah, great. 100% I've done that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 25:20 \r\nYeah, I've done that multiple times.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 25:25 \r\nAll right, next up is Doug.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 25:33 \r\nYeah, so before we go to dag Melanie saying you could add a redirect.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 25:39 \r\nYou could do that. But like right now, there is a redirect in place. You know, you could Richard, you could create a statement in the htaccess file that would redirect everything correctly, if that was an issue.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 25:57 \r\nBut if it's a low traffic site, and you're not concerned about SEO rankings, it really depends on your technical level, Richard and whether or not you'd want to get into the redirection, you certainly could do that. But if it's if it's a low traffic site, and it's not very important, I would just migrate it and you're good to go.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 26:20 \r\nAll right, Doug.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 26:24 \r\nI'm using Active Campaign postmark plugin in a client site and Gravity Forms. I would like to make the from field show the applicant email rather than the sender email, which is no reply.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 26:39 \r\nWhy do I need to do this my client has form submissions via many sources and uses an application to funnel all applicants into the app for better handling the from must be the applicants. Do you know another plugin? Okay, so, Doug, that is not possible. You just can't do that. It's not possible. Because if the from has to be from the domain that sending the message so the from and the email needs to be it has to be at the domain name that is sending that notification otherwise you're technically spamming because your address your email address spoofing, your that company's website does not have the authority to send from a Gmail address, for example.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 27:31 \r\nSo the issue is really on this app, this app in it needs to recognize that the reply to address is what the record should be created as you know what they're using\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 27:47 \r\nfor this application,\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 27:53 \r\napplicant stack, never heard of that. But this is something like any CRM understands this issue. Like any CRM that's worth anything, understands this issue and knows how to deal with it. And so like a lot of times, what will happen is the email comes in and they have created some sort of\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 28:16 \r\na template that looks at the content of the email and maps those fields and they just need to take the email address instead of using the from email address and need to pull it from the email. The block that Gravity Forms since that shows the email address or look at the reply to address but you're their website. There's no plugin, there's no magic, there's nothing that would allow their website to send an email from another email address. That's different well you can do it but it's going to always end up in spam because it's not appropriately credentialed.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 28:54 \r\nYeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 28:58 \r\nYeah, so I think you're right. They don't have the knowledge to parse the emails. Yeah. So that's, that's what needs to happen. It's not a solution on the website in that can be a little complicated to explain to the client, to be honest, you know, and it's basically the way I would explain it is we you know, let's just say this, somebody's filling out the form and they're at Bob's bikes.com. Well, your website, Mr. Client, Mrs. client doesn't have the authority to send an email from Bob's bikes.com Because you don't own that name. Right. That's why it has to be sent from your website.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 29:40 \r\nYeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 29:41 \r\nI mean, the only other option is that the client would actually have to physically open up their email app and send the email.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 29:49 \r\nKaren Yes, absolutely. The and that's, that's what Doug has done. The the form filler outers email, is the reply to address and that's the appropriate way to do it. From can be any email address at the domain name of the website, that sending the email and then you can make the reply to address the form filler outer.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 30:17 \r\nYeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 30:19 \r\nAnd Doug, this is even more important and right like with all these changes that are happening with demark and all that, this is really it's email providers are really watching this now. And it can be a real it's a real issue, and there's no way around it.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 30:39 \r\nSo yeah, but it can be challenging to explain that to the client.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 30:46 \r\nYeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 30:48 \r\nAll righty. Good question. Doug. Next up is class.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 30:52 \r\nAnd the questions are pouring.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 30:55 \r\nOur right following up on best course lesson redirect question. I need the redirect when removing a lesson if the site is public.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 31:06 \r\nBut does it matter on a login members only site it's not indexed? No. I wouldn't worry about that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 31:12 \r\nRedirects or for Google it well, okay, in best scenario, redirects or for Google, because we want to let Google know that it's the reader. This old page is now not there anymore. And this is the page we should show. If the if the if the source page that was removed, is not indexed by Google. Just make sure that you have a custom 404 page that gives a good user experience. So that's what I would do if that makes sense.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 31:50 \r\nAll righty next up Stacey with me\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 31:56 \r\nall right, Beaver Builder question. I'm using Beaver Builder and an Astra premium template. I keep getting them are the mod security error? Yep, liquid rubber Buddha liquid web removed mod security for this domain and I added this and you're still getting the error interesting.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 32:26 \r\nThe hitter is not used element. That is the very definition of taking a step backwards\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 32:34 \r\nWow, okay.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 32:48 \r\nWow, okay. I had this issue\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 32:54 \r\nyears ago, and there was something I had to give the web host that the beaver builders support, agreed or provided.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 33:06 \r\nDid Have you have you talked to Beaver Builder support about this?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 33:19 \r\nStuff Stacey, there's some there was some little thing that they get. It's like so long ago, I can't remember it's probably five years ago. This has enabled the mod security fix found in the WordPress admin dashboard.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 33:33 \r\nI would reach out so first of all, Stacy, are you in the Beaver Builder slack group? Because that is the best quickest way to get support for Beaver Builder. It's awesome.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 33:43 \r\nGet into that group and post and you'll have an answer in like five minutes. The lead Dev is like in there all the time watching stuff. Simon Prosser. They have great support in that slack group. So do that. I think as I recall, I had to give there was something specific that liquidweb had to stop and it wasn't just general mod security. It was something else and it's been I'm sorry it's been so long ago I can't remember\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 34:18 \r\nI wish I knew what caused that it you know what I had that issue one time on one site, and then never again? Well, you know what, it wasn't a liquid web server. It was a client that brought their own hosting solution because they had a dedicated server. It wasn't liquidweb it was somebody else but still reach out to the Beaver Builder support. I think there's something else you have to give them.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 34:47 \r\nI don't think I even got that Melanie suggesting look at the tickets. I don't think I've put in a ticket.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 34:54 \r\nBut like it was five years ago and\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 35:00 \r\nit was in Slack.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 35:03 \r\nAnd notion didn't exist back then. Money. All right. Next up is money.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 35:13 \r\nAll right, taking still images of staff profile in PNG format. Now they have a new API for creating still images to animation. Not really much motion. Do these animations have to be placed in Google Drive Dropbox? I have no idea.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 35:34 \r\nI have no idea. And I'm not even sure what they're there is a format called there's a PNG animation format. It would just be a standard PNG file that you could probably put in the WordPress media library. But I would strongly encourage you to be very careful about using animation at all on the website.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 35:58 \r\nIt animation can often cause accessibility issues. In other words, in accessibility, if you use animation, it's a best practice to give the user a way to turn animation off.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 36:13 \r\nAnd with a an animated ping file.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 36:17 \r\nThere's not a way to do that. And they're also very large.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 36:21 \r\nAnd you can't it's not like a video file that can be streamed. You have to download the whole animated png so I would recommend not using that but if you want to use it, it's just a ping file. It's a PNG file like any other and you could put it in the WordPress media library.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 36:44 \r\nBeen Yes. Including sliding text, any any CSS animations like that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 36:50 \r\nSo part of accessibility is users that may have reactions to animation like that. It can cause dizziness and vertigo for some users. So it's just generally not a great practice\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 37:09 \r\nor give the user an option. The option to opt out of animations.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 37:15 \r\nYeah, but it can cause seizures.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 37:19 \r\nOkay, next up is bet.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 37:26 \r\nOne day we'll finish the site. The talent agency I forgot that didn't copy the initial team. Still mapping existing cold fusion database tables to new tables to be created and WordPress that doesn't sound like fun at all, at all, currently in the database for drop down lists that include characters like inches and two thirds to indicate ranges. Oh my gosh. In the olden days, we avoided having characters like that in the data because it causes problems with Import Export. Is there any danger of having system characters in the data fields when moving data between systems yi yi I am not expert enough to give you an answer other than I don't think so.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 38:15 \r\nLike are in your are you talking about bookmarks for inches and like a slash are those the characters you're talking about? I don't.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 38:27 \r\nSo you're going to be moving into a MySQL database that's UTF in before probably UTF eight and before it shouldn't have any problems with that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 38:41 \r\nIt is SQL but it's cold fusion SQL, which is the same but not right.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 38:50 \r\nSo you shouldn't have an issue with a big fat asterisk that says I think so. Yeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 39:00 \r\nDoes anybody know?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 39:03 \r\nAny Uber geeks on the call today that know the answer to that question for sure because I don't\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 39:14 \r\nthat required another drink from the moose. Okay. Next up, class.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 39:25 \r\nAll right class rebuilding a client site, their old site uses gravity forms and has people sign in, or as people signed to indicate consent, okay. The form here with the with the signature consent form and the Honduras Okay, awesome.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 39:44 \r\nOkay, blah, blah, blah to release of liability form. Okay, good. All right. I'm questioning whether that signature really is enough for actual legal consent, especially for parental permission. Should I recommend something stronger for the rebuild?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 40:22 \r\nOkay, so\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 40:27 \r\nthis is going to be prefaced with I think, and I'm not a lawyer. Okay.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 40:35 \r\nI think this will be fine.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 40:39 \r\nBut they want to ask their lawyer.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 40:41 \r\nThe reason I say that is the other solution that I would suggest is a document signing system.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 40:50 \r\nBut those document signing systems like well, DocuSign is a little different. It's expensive, and they validate things like, you know, did you live at this address and give us the address you lived in the last five years all those you know, you've done a DocuSign you see, they asked you those questions, which of these cars did you own, you know, you have the options. So it's a little more complicated, it's also more it's a much more costly a typical document signing system that is legal, like the one I use sign well, and all the others out there all their stamping, really is a date and time and IP address, right? And that's legal. And so you're collecting that with gravity for the same kind of information, whether or not it's an actual scribbly sign here or not.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 41:40 \r\nIt is just it's collecting. Let me say it this way. This form would be collecting the same information as a typical document signing platform would which is IP address, date and time and if it came back to it, you could track that back to prove that it came from that user and blah, blah, blah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 41:59 \r\nThe I would ask an attorney, get an A they need their attorney to tell them to make sure that they need this, that this works. But an electronic signature that is validated by IP address is legal in a court of law, as I understand it, okay. My attorney has told me that so like when I get my MSA sign, date, time IP addresses what you need.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 42:29 \r\nThat's but you they want to talk to their attorney. Is that good enough? Class.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 42:36 \r\nNow, I don't know about different countries. Manu, I'm speaking from my experience that the the website we just looked at, I think class that's it's a US organization that's taking trips to Honduras.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 42:50 \r\nBut you you don't want to be the expert. You want to have the organization contact their legal expert to make sure that this process meets whatever legal criteria needs to be met.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 43:07 \r\nI use a software called sign Well, it's it was an app sumo deal it works fine. It signs documents. There's a million of them out there like that\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 43:20 \r\nyes signature really is another one. I mean, if there's not one on AppSumo now there will be in like a couple months. Just wait another one will be coming along. There's always something out there that for document signing.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 43:31 \r\nEven Dropbox has something built in now, doesn't it? I've never used it.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 43:36 \r\nOh, Beth. Okay. Best got a throwaway question. Did you eat a reindeer dog? What is a reindeer dog?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 43:46 \r\nThe answer is no.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 43:48 \r\nOh, a hot dog.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 43:51 \r\nReindeer hot dogs. I did see a reindeer hot dog street vendor, but no I did. Not.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 44:03 \r\nlittle scary.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 44:06 \r\nYeah, lots of salmon.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 44:08 \r\nOkay, next up.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 44:12 \r\nAlso bear\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 44:18 \r\nlots of Alaska. Questions.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 44:22 \r\nDid you see a whale breach store sort of.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 44:28 \r\nI saw a just the back the very back of a probably humpback whale in the distance we didn't actually see a lot of while a lot of marine life. We went up there thinking there'd be a lot of Orca.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 44:42 \r\nNow, what I will show you is a first or a actually, let me make sure there's no other actual questions and I'll show you something cool. That actually Chris and I saw two years ago in San Diego. We were there for WordCamp us. But there's actually another question here and it is from Ben. And I'll do that first.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 45:14 \r\nAll right. Anybody else feel like you're bouncing between different areas of expertise depending on the task currently at hand client? No, not at all.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 45:26 \r\nAnybody I relate to been with this question, bouncing around with all the things we're supposed to know.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 45:33 \r\nMy goodness.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 45:36 \r\nYeah. So so it's crazy. And it's only getting worse.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 45:46 \r\nThen yeah. 100% It is.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 45:52 \r\nIt is very, very difficult to stay up to date. I feel like I'm gonna. Personally I feel grateful that I do the solid Academy live streams because just by virtue of my role, I hear a lot of things.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 46:10 \r\nBut it's just I mean, even for basic web development, there are so many things that we need to kind of know about. And it's, it's getting harder.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 46:23 \r\nNow at the same time, there are tools coming along that make certain parts of our work easier. So you know, it's just, that's the nature of technology.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 46:36 \r\nSo Ben is saying, Should I focus on fewer areas? I mean, maybe it depends on what you're focusing on now.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 46:43 \r\nSo like in my agency, we we do we build and manage WordPress sites. That's what we do. We'll do some minor content creation, some basic SEO, but there's things that we just we're not going to focus on knowing. Instead, I want to know people that have those detailed skill sets and bring them in, like for example, could I learn local SEO? Absolutely. Could Chris learn local SEO? Absolutely.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 47:17 \r\nBut do we offer that as an agency? No, because I would rather bring Trisha Clements. In as a contractor and just let her handle that stuff.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 47:28 \r\nYou know, so my goal is, if I don't know it, I'm going to know somebody that knows it.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 47:34 \r\nIt's impossible to know all the things.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 47:39 \r\nYeah, Melanie. Exactly. All that you know it. If you're feeling overwhelmed it you really need to look at what is your core business? What are you really trying to do? What do you most enjoy and focus on that? Otherwise, you start getting mediocre at things?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 47:58 \r\nYeah, so Ben, you are definitely not alone.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 48:03 \r\nAll right, one last question from Beth and I'll see if I can pull up a video from a couple years ago. About a while back I'm starting a new lead magnet campaign. Is this better? Yeah. for project managers Academy if you already know that I know what I'm talking about. Would you pay $7 for an ebook titled essential communication techniques for creating unicorn clients essential communication techniques for creating unicorn clients? The subtitle is the ultimate client management formula for website providers. Well, first of all, I would just call it this and add the communication bit\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 48:48 \r\nlike that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 48:49 \r\nThis is a much it's a the handle is better on this title.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 49:00 \r\nI don't know what y'all pay $7 for that, to\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 49:06 \r\nbe honest, Beth wants an honest response. That is that right? Now. So just take a poll the room\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 49:17 \r\nSo Beth, here's here's what I would say. Um\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 49:24 \r\nthere's so much out there. Like if I bought this book.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 49:29 \r\nI don't know if I'd read it immediately. I got so much else it's out there that compete for my attention. I don't know that I would read it right away\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 49:44 \r\nwhat if you what if you were it's very short?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 49:48 \r\nWhy are you charging $7 for is the isn't the goal to upsell them into the academy anyway.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 50:00 \r\nLike Yeah, the thing is, people don't, I don't know ebooks.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 50:07 \r\nOkay, let me let me let me ask the question this way. Who in this room has actually read an e book in the last 30 days?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 50:23 \r\nOh, wow. Really?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 50:25 \r\nOkay.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 50:28 \r\nSo people have Alright, there you go. How do you reach to Okay, awesome.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 50:34 \r\nI was I'm very surprised at that\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 50:42 \r\nhow many of you would rather have this content in a succinct video that you could watch in 10 minutes or less?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 50:56 \r\nThey see hates video isn't that interesting how we all consume in different mediums.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 51:05 \r\nInteresting.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 51:10 \r\nI'm surprised by these answers. I gotta be honest. I'm glad. I'm glad you asked this question. Beth.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 51:15 \r\nInteresting.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 51:18 \r\nOkay, so Beth, did you take anything away from this?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 51:23 \r\nhelpful at all, because I'm quite surprised by some of the responses\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 51:33 \r\ninteresting. So in the eBook, just please don't make it like a recipe blog. Where there's like 18 paragraphs about what you did that day and then you know, I'm talking about like, just get to the point. It like for me it would need to be boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 51:56 \r\nIf that's what it is awesome. I don't know that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 52:02 \r\nYeah. All right. So it sounds like there is a market for ebooks and people are not sure they pay $7 for\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 52:18 \r\ninteresting, all right.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 52:22 \r\nthink, Oh, nope. Couple more questions came in might not get to the video.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 52:27 \r\nAll right, Billy.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 52:35 \r\nOh, dear.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 52:40 \r\nHere we go. All right, Billy. I am building a site which is going to have large tables. I've installed them up data tables, we love WP data table. We've got a couple sites that are using it one big one in particular bits. Excellent login. I'm wondering if it's possible to have a large table accessible on mobile. i Yes.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 53:02 \r\nChris, are you still here?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 53:05 \r\nChris has logged off Doggone it. I think WP data tables will let you swipe large tables.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 53:16 \r\nYeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 53:18 \r\nWe actually built an add on for AP data tables. That put some visual navigation at the top of\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 53:29 \r\nthe table where you can like click a left and right button to scroll things over. It's extendable. We hired a developer for that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 53:36 \r\nBut I think it's swipeable\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 53:44 \r\nThe other thing is it really.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 53:49 \r\nTables are hard on mobile period. I think that's the essence of your question. data tables will allow you to freeze the top column where you can scroll vertically.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 54:03 \r\nAnd I think I think the newer versions allow you to swipe horizontally as well.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 54:11 \r\nI mean, tables have a purpose. If it's tabular data, then that's the best way to view it. It's just on mobile. It's not an awesome experience.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 54:22 \r\nYeah, but as far as a table tool for WordPress, especially for large tables, it doesn't get much better than WP data tables. We like it a lot.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 54:36 \r\nAll right. Next up is Ben.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 54:40 \r\nIs there or could there be a secondhand market for deals I caught but don't want? Yes there is that there are actually websites that allow people to sell their lifetime deals. However, in virtually all the deals on AppSumo I think it's even in app sumo Terms of Service. Deals are technically non transferable, meaning you buy it, you can't sell it or even give it to somebody for free. Now, how do they police that? I don't know but technically you could invalidate your purchase by doing that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 55:17 \r\nYeah, I mean, technically I mean, you could like if you were to give somebody the login with your email address, and then if all while later they changed their your email address to theirs. I mean\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 55:29 \r\nis there a way to track that? I don't know. But in the terms the deals are not transferable. So but there are sites that are marketplaces for\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 55:43 \r\nlifetime deals Yeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 55:50 \r\nAll right, next up is Tania.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 55:54 \r\nWhy would someone use the my FTP upload option on godaddy to add images to a website?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 56:05 \r\nWhat is my FTP upload?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 56:13 \r\nReminder what this is I've never seen this\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 56:25 \r\nthis is how some of the images are being added to the WTF site.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 56:31 \r\nWhy not in the WordPress media library.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 56:36 \r\nI mean you could you could technically up I mean if you were going to upload with an FTP to some folder, you would have to add the image with a URL instead of the media library. But why would I don't know? I don't know. Why would you do that?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 56:56 \r\nI have no idea.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:00 \r\nI mean me I can't imagine a reason to do that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:04 \r\nYeah, I would find that odd too.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:12 \r\nAll right. Well, let me find we got we're about to wrap up here.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:18 \r\nOur final question that I don't know that's really weird.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:22 \r\nLet me try to find that really awesome video.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:28 \r\nWe're all those that want to see a whale.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:30 \r\nOkay, here it is.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:33 \r\nNow, which is the right one that's much\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:40 \r\nThank you. What's this? Okay.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 57:43 \r\nWell, I'm just going to pull this up. Okay. So this was Monday, September the 12th of 2022. Chris and I were at WordCamp. Us in San Diego and we cook this really awesome whale watching tour the day after work camp wrapped up. This was a beautiful like 80 foot 80 foot clipper ship with three masts. Beautiful sailing ship, and this happened the pilot, owner of the boat said in 20 plus years of whale watching he has never seen anything like this. So here is what we saw was an it's an adolescent humpback whale, who was maybe six feet off the boat.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 58:27 \r\nIt was absolutely unreal and it stayed there for about a half an hour. Matter of fact, our tour was it went long because the whale just kept hanging around. There's my awesome fingers and\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 58:48 \r\nthat's when it was just coming in. Is this video coming through?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:00 \r\nYeah, you can see how close it is to the side of the ship.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:05 \r\nBoat.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:08 \r\nLook at look how close it is.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:12 \r\nLook how close absolutely unbelievable.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:21 \r\nWe didn't see anything like that in Alaska.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:27 \r\nBig tail. Look at that.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:30 \r\nAmazing. Anyway, there's nothing that will beat that experience.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:36 \r\nThat's what the boat pilot told us. In 20 years he'd never seen anything like that. Being out there several days a week.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:43 \r\nAnyway, a lot of fun stuff.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:47 \r\nThat's gonna wrap us up for today.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 59:53 \r\nI wonder if I should show you folks. One other thing does anybody want a little little secret information?\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:00:04 \r\nThose of you that hung around till the very end\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:00:09 \r\nokay.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:00:11 \r\nSo I'm okay. I'm, I'm actually going to stop the recording.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:00:23 \r\nAnd for those of you that are actually here to show you a little something that Kathy Zant and I are working on and that is this\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:00:38 \r\nOkay, remember a few months ago when Tom rave came on and was talking about the stolen session cookies attack and such a challenge for us as site managers because you can do all the things you can have a secure hosting environment, you can keep WordPress up to date, you can have all the things in place, right? And then one client who doesn't practice good security and uses the same password on everything or whatever. One client that clicks a link and gets malware on their computer and whatever, that one client can bring down the website. Right.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:01:20 \r\nSo this is what Kathy and I are working on.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:01:25 \r\nAnd it'll be going here in a few weeks.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:01:28 \r\nKathy and I have put together a training course where users the actual user training course will be on a different website that's more white labeled to users. And as an agency owner, you'll be able to get an unlimited access pass for all of your clients. And they'll be able to go through a security course in about 30 minutes.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:01:52 \r\nIf you've ever been part of a company, they require security training like once a year and that this is modeled off of that sort of model where you know you can say client before you get access to the website, you need to go through this 30 minutes of security training. And it is the essential like it's done quickly. It's Kathy on the video so it's very friendly and language accessible and very well done.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:02:19 \r\nAnd you'll be able to get a free agency account to take a look at the videos and make sure it works for you. So we're working on this. It's going to be another monster product at the beginning and then we have the website for the user will be go safely online.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:02:37 \r\nSo the other neat thing about it is the way it's going to be positioned is on the go safely online site. The course will sell for $99 We're not expecting to sell any courses on that site $99 each, but what you'll be able to do as the agency owner is say I'm giving you Mr. And Mrs. Client I'm giving you this free $99 course so that you can understand better web security and it's free with as we're since we're managing your website.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:03:12 \r\nSuper, it's a good benefit for you because it makes you look like the hero. So anyway it'll be fun. You'll have a dashboard where you can track user access, you get an email when they complete the course and so forth. So yeah.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:03:28 \r\nI don't know. What do you think? Hopefully it's gonna be a good tool for folks. We'll have that up. We're not we're not looking at other languages right now. Just English.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:03:39 \r\nAnd I realized that leaves us out of a large segment of the market but frankly, just getting this project up and going is a bit of a lift for Kathina.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:03:52 \r\nCare Plan edition so I would say honestly, this is something I would roll into a care plan. And the way I would position it with my clients is in order for you like I'm gonna there'll be language to add to your contract suggested language, where we'll say in order to have access to the website, you need to go through the security training. And if you have another employee that needs to log into the website to add anything in a privileged role. They need to take this this training, just so they understand because otherwise you know you leave the site open to you know, two thirds of the attacks, new WordPress hacks target people, not plugins. And so you know, we can do all of this with our, you know, the proven techniques we have for keeping the site secure. But two thirds of the attacks come from you as a user taking care of your security.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:04:55 \r\nSo my suggestion is to position it as a requirement for users before you create an account for and again, we've worked really hard to get the training down to just over 30 minutes. So it's not a super, super long, boring security lecture.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:05:15 \r\nAnyway, that's what we're working on. Hopefully we'll have that go in here. By the end of this month. We'll see what happens.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:05:22 \r\nAll the videos are done.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:05:24 \r\nYep.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:05:26 \r\nYes, it will be for sale. It'll be a single price at the beginning for unlimited client access. So we're looking at probably like a, I don't know, we haven't decided on pricing yet.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:05:40 \r\nIt'll be like an annual an annual cost.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:05:46 \r\nAnd of course, since you folks are the hometown crowd for both Cathy and I will have some kind of discount for solid Academy members.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:05:57 \r\nAnyhow, that's what we're thinking about.\r\n\r\nUnknown Speaker 1:06:00 \r\nAll right, well, that's it. We're gonna wrap it up. Have a great weekend. We're back with a full schedule next week. Tuesday is plugging round up Wednesday is best of plugging roundup January through June. And Thursday.
