Maintenance Release

The latest version of The Events Calendar focuses on enhancing accessibility.

As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

Changed views: `blocks/event-datetime`, `v2/components/backlink`, `v2/components/breadcrumbs`, `v2/components/breadcrumbs/breadcrumb`, `v2/components/breadcrumbs/linked-breadcrumb`, `v2/components/header`, `v2/list/nav`, `v2/list/top-bar/nav`
Added `aria-label` to nav tags to make page landmarks unique.
Event Date time block structure updated to improve accessibility.
Add ARIA landmark roles and `aria-current` attributes to breadcrumbs to improve screen reader support.
Replace breadcrumbs with a “Back to Events” link on Venue and Organizer single pages for clearer navigation and improved accessibility.
Change default opt-in status to prevent false positives in checks when the value is not set.
