Maintenance Release

This version of Promoter resolves button issues not displaying or working, and adds missing shortcuts.

Bugs squashed in this release:

Resolves the triggers button not being clickable.
Fixes the Preview, Save, Delete, Activate Trigger, and Send Test buttons being unavailable.
Adds missing shortcuts
Fixes merge tags that were not being added to the message
Layout issues on the Custom List page
The templates page returns a blank page
