Maintenance Release

This version of The Events Calendar fixes fatal on when plugins are deactivated in a specific order & prevent noindex code from adding tags to single events.

As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing!

Prevent noindex code from adding tags to single event pages.
Corrected a problem that can cause a fatal when plugins are deactivated in a certain order.
