The Events Calendar 6.2.3

Maintenance Release

This version of The Events Calendar includes an accessibility update and fixes errors & pagination issues.

As always, we recommend testing updates on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing!

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

Make sure the block editor can handle an unlimited number of recurrence rules for users creating recurring events.
Resolved “Uncaught ReferenceError: lodash is not defined” error by adding lodash as a dependency for the Block Editor Assets.
Resolves an issue where the new nonce structure used for view pagination causes problems by losing the authenticated user and failing to display user-specific capabilities.

New tweaks in this release:

Updated focus state for relevant elements to have default outline ensuring improved accessibility and consistent browser behavior.
Added filters: `tec_events_add_no_index_meta_tag`, `tec_events_noindex`, `tec_events_{$view}_add_no_index_meta`, `tec_events_no_index_meta`
