Maintenance Release
This updated version of The Events Calendar includes some CSS tweaks and updates to the Block Editor.
As always, we recommend updating on a staging site, just to be safe, but it should all be smooth sailing.
The Events Calendar 5.8.0 and higher is only compatible with Events Calendar PRO 5.8.0 and higher.
✅ Fixed
Bugs that were squashed in this release:
- Ensured that the Block Editor saves cost data when submitted.
- Ensured that when viewing a single event we load the correct template when tribe_context is “confused”.
🔧 Tweaks
A few tweaks we made under the hood:
- Removed some CSS on the single events page that was causing a random border to appear on Avada theme.
- Added CSS class to the event tags label on the event details section on the single event page.
- Corrected the messaging and link for the v1 deprecation notice.
