Print/Download a PDF Invoice for Your Subscription Payment

If you want to print or download a PDF invoice of your plugin purchase from Iconic, this guide will walk you through the process.

Step 1: Login to your Iconic account

1. After purchasing the plugin through the Iconic website, you’ll be able to login to your account here: https://my.iconicwp.com/

2. If you can’t remember your password, all you’ll need to do is click the ‘Help, I can’t sign in’ link on the login page. Once clicked, you’ll be able to reset your password.

Step 2: Download your invoice

1. Once you’ve logged into your account, click on the Transaction History link in the left-hand sidebar.

1. Here, you’ll see your transaction history. Including your orders, the dates of these, price, status, and at the very end, a link to download your invoice.
2. Click the Invoice link, and a PDF invoice will be downloaded to your computer.
