How Existing Users Redeem Coupons

Existing users can also redeem coupons when enrolling in new courses. The process is quick and integrated with the checkout flow.

How Existing Users Redeem a Coupon

1. Log In
   • On the course page, click the Login button next to the Take This Course area.
   • Enter your username and password, then click Login.
2. Access the Course Purchase Page
   • Once logged in, click the Take This Course button.
   • You’ll be redirected to the Purchase/Checkout Page.
3. Apply the Coupon
   • Enter your coupon code in the Apply Coupon field.
   • Click Apply Coupon.
   • The discount will immediately be reflected in the course price.
4. Complete Payment
   • Click Checkout and choose either PayPal or Stripe to complete your purchase.
   • Enter your payment details and process the transaction.
5. Enrollment Complete
   • After payment, you are automatically enrolled in the course and ready to begin learning.

Why This Matters

Allowing existing users to redeem coupons makes it easy to upsell additional courses or reward loyal learners with discounts—without requiring them to go through the registration process again.

Tip: Use targeted email campaigns with coupon codes to re-engage existing learners and encourage them to enroll in new courses.
