Whitelist Email Addresses, Domains, and IPs in Premium Business Email

Although the Premium Business Email has a constantly updated spam filter, legitimate messages may occasionally be mistaken for spam! If you find legitimate messages in your spam folder, you can whitelist (or safelist) the address, domain, or IP address so that email will be delivered to your inbox.

Although the Premium Business Email has a constantly updated spam filter, legitimate messages may occasionally be mistaken for spam! If you find legitimate messages in your spam folder, you can whitelist (or safelist) the address, domain, or IP address so that email will be delivered to your inbox.

There are three ways to whitelist in Premium Business Email:

Whitelist from the Administration Panel (Whole Domain)

  1. Log into your Premium Business Email administration panel.
  2. In the Domains section, click on Safelists.

  3. Enter a domain, email address, or IP and click Add. (Domains and email addresses are grouped together, with a separate list for IP addresses.) Keep entering information until you’ve safelisted everything you need.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Whitelist from the Administration Panel (Mailbox)

  1. Log into your Premium Business Email administration panel.
  2. In the Email Hosting section, click on Safelists.

  3. Click on the mailbox where you’ll be editing the safelist.

  4. Enter a domain, email address, or IP and click Add. (Domains and email addresses are grouped together, with a separate list for IP addresses.) Keep entering information until you’ve safelisted everything you need.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Whitelist from Webmail

  1. Log into your Premium Business Email webmail.
  2. In the upper right hand corner, click on the hamburger menu icon icon and then click Settings.

  3. In the Settings pop-up box left navigation menu, click Spam Settings. Then click the Safelist tab.

  4. Click Add, then enter the domain, email address, or IP in the pop-up box and click Add again. Keep entering information until you’ve safelisted everything you need.

  5. Click Save.
