Premium Business Email Chat Feature

Inside your webmail mailbox is a chat feature. This allows you to chat with people within your domain, making it easier and quicker than email to send short notes and have small conversations. Let’s take a look at how to open and chat within Premium Business Email webmail!
- Log into your webmail mailbox.
- From the menu at the top of the page, click on Chat to open the chat window.

- A list of contacts within the domain will show.

- Use the menu to put yourself online and active within chat. This will allow others to see you and chat with you.
Chat Status
You can change your status using the menu. Set yourself to Available, Unavailable, Away, or Offline. 
- You can add any of your contacts as a Buddy, just click the Add Buddy button at the bottom of the chat window.

- To add a buddy, enter their email in the pop-up that appears when you click the Add Buddy link.

- Click Add to add them to your buddy list.

- To add a buddy, enter their email in the pop-up that appears when you click the Add Buddy link.
- When you click on a name to chat with them, a separate pop-up will appear.

Chat Screen Pop-out
You can allow the chat screen to travel outside the browser window by clicking the arrow at the top of the chat pop-up. This allows you to move the window to a spot on your screen so you can always see it.
