Transfer Your Domain to a Different Registrar
While Liquid Web loves to have you host your domain and all your server needs with us, we understand that it is sometimes necessary to transfer a domain from your Liquid Web account to another domain registrar. Fortunately, we’ve done our best to make that process as simple as possible from our side.

Fortunately, we’ve done our best to make that process as simple as possible from our side.
- Login to your Liquid Web account. For more information on accessing your Liquid Web account, see Exploring Your My Liquid Web Account.
- At the left of the screen, click Domains list.
- Under Domain Registration, click View and Edit Domain Registration.
- Click Transfer (next to the Renew Registration button).
- Read the message about the transfer process. Click Start Outgoing Domain Transfer to unlock your domain and receive an EPP code via the Registrant email address. If you need to update your registrant email address or other details, see Changing Your Domain Name Contact (WHOIS) Information.
