This program is particularly aimed at consultants and resellers who wish to provide their customers with Liquid Web's unique server hosting, but is available to anyone.

Referring a DEDICATED HOSTING Account

• Liquid Web referral commissions are based on a Dedicated Hosting customer's "Adjusted Monthly Recurring Cost" (AMRC) which is calculated by taking the customer's Monthly Recurring Cost and subtracting the following fees: licensing fees, setup fees, consulting fees, and excess bandwidth fees.
• When a Preferred Partner refers a new Dedicated Hosting client to Liquid Web, the referrer is paid a One-Time commission equal to the client's AMRC.
• In addition, Liquid Web will pay the Preferred Partner a recurring monthly commission for the life of the Dedicated Hosting account equal to 5% of the AMRC.
• The customer must remain a customer of Liquid Web for at least two whole months before the One-Time Commission is paid.
• The recurring, 5% commission, is payable beginning the second month that the account is active.
• If a customer, subsequent to initial order, requests additional servers, no additional referral commission will be paid. The bonus program only applies to new customers at the facility on their initial order. However, if a customer signs up for multiple machines on an initial order, a separate referral bonus will be paid to the referrer for each machine.
• Each referral must be a unique customer who has never been a Liquid Web client before. If your referral opened up 3 accounts, it is still one referral.
• You can not refer yourself.
• You can not get referral credits for partner hosting accounts and can not get the hosting partner discount for referred customers.
• In the event of dispute, Liquid Web's decision shall be final.
• To receive credit via the "Word of Mouth" method, you must submit a "Word of Mouth" form within 45 days of the referred account's activation date, and the referred account must be validated by Liquid Web.
• Liquid Web may modify or discontinue this program at any time.
  

Referring a SHARED HOSTING Account or VIRTUAL PRIVATE SERVER Account

• When a Preferred Partner refers a new Shared Hosting account, a one-time commission of $60 will be paid.
• Shared Hosting and Virtual Private Server accounts are not eligible for recurring monthly payments.
  
• Each customer must be with us for more than 30 days before credit can be given for a referral
• You can not refer yourself.
• Each referral must be a unique customer who has never been a Liquid Web client before. If your referral opened up 3 accounts, it is still one referral.
• You can not get referral credits for partner hosting accounts and can not get the hosting partner discount for referred customers.
• In the event of dispute, Liquid Web's decision shall be final.
• Liquid Web may modify or discontinue this program at any time.

The Following Conditions Apply to All Referred Accounts

• Payments will be mailed out monthly, as long as the total sales comes out to more than $60. If it is not greater than or equal to $60, then the sales made that month will carry over to the next.
• Employees of Liquid Web, Inc. are restricted from participating in the Preferred Partner Program.
• There can be only one referal payment per new, unique Liquid Web client.
• The partner program is intended to be a mutually beneficial arraignment between our partners and Liquid Web that rewards referrers for introducing new customers to Liquid Web products. Any intentional misrepresentation or manipulation that violates the spirit of the partner program is strictly prohibited.
