Features

Having offered highly connected networking services as well as redundancy throughout our data centers for years, Liquid Web’s US-West facility allows us to expand upon these features by setting new standards with Geographic Redundancy. Some disaster situations cannot be mitigated using only local redundancy systems. Similar to fail-over clustering, a hot standby site allows your operation to move to a fully functional standby system should your primary system fail. Additionally, both Liquid Web’s Michigan and Arizona locations are positioned, strategically, in Disaster Neutral areas of the United States. This is of great value to our customers with critical data who need to remain up and running in the event of even the most unpredictable catastrophic events. In addition to the added peace of mind Geographic Redundancy provides, our Arizona location also allows us to significantly decrease latency by physically moving your data closer to West Coast hubs. The geographic advantages of this location are easily tangible to any of our customers who need to ensure rapid connection to Western US locations or those who need to maintain full US coverage who can utilize our multiple locations to a significant advantage.
